Do you offer different fonts than what is available in your shop?
Yes, we have access to over 1,000 font styles for custom orders. Simply provide examples of what you're looking for and we'll make it happen!
Are your signs hand painted?
Yes, all of our orders are individually hand painted based on your color selections!
Do your signs come ready to hang?
Yes, each sign is fitted with 100 lb. hanging wire.
How frequently do you create new designs?
We're consistently adding new designs to the shop! Follow along on Instagram @therusticsigncompany for all Rustic Sign Company news!
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on total order weight. We've partnered with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide you with the most affordable options possible. These rates will automatically populate during your checkout process. You will receive delivery tracking information via email upon shipment.
When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders are processed, designed, and completed on a rolling basis. Our traditional turnaround time is 14 days to shipment date. When your item ships, you will receive tracking information to count down the days until your order is in your hands!

All orders are designed, created, and ship from Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania.
